Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Cona, including cona.design, our mobile applications, App Clip, and related services (collectively, the "Service"), operated by Cona ("we", "us"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Eligibility

You must be able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction to use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

The Service

The Service is provided "as is" and may change or be discontinued at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Room scans and generated outputs depend on device capabilities, environment, and how you use the product; results may vary and are not professional measurements or advice.

Your account and content

You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your account. You retain rights in content you submit. You grant us a non-exclusive license to host, process, transmit, and display your content as reasonably necessary to operate and improve the Service.

Acceptable use

You will not use the Service to violate law, infringe others' rights, upload malware, scrape or overload our systems without permission, or attempt to reverse engineer or circumvent security or usage limits.

Intellectual property

The Service, branding, and our materials are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited rights expressly granted in these Terms, we reserve all rights.

Third-party services

The Service may link to or integrate third-party services. Your use of those services is subject to their terms and policies.

Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim or (b) fifty U.S. dollars (USD).

Indemnity

You will defend and indemnify us against claims arising from your content, your misuse of the Service, or your violation of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page and update the effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if you violate these Terms or if we need to for legal, security, or operational reasons.

General

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, excluding conflict-of-law rules, unless your local law requires otherwise. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service.
