Will it fit?
See if it fitsbefore you buy it.
Cona is a free room planner where the room and the furniture are true to scale. Draw your room to its real dimensions, put the doors and windows where they are, then drop in the actual product, with the retailer's dimensions, and see whether the sofa clears the door and the desk still leaves a path. No sign-up to start, nothing to install.

How it works
The fit check, in three steps
Draw the room to size
Length, width, and where the door swings and the window sits. The 2D editor has a measure tool for the awkward corner.
Drop in the real piece
Find the sofa, bed or desk you are looking at in the catalog. It arrives at the retailer's dimensions, so the fit you see is the fit you get.
Walk it in 3D
Turn the room, look from the door, try the piece on the other wall. When it fits, the same catalog item links to where you buy it.
The usual mistakes
It fits on paper, then the door does not open
Most furniture that does not fit was measured correctly. What was missed is the door swing, the radiator, the window sill height, or the path from the door to the bed. Placing the doors and windows in the plan first, then the furniture, catches these before the delivery van does.
The catalog can also be filtered to pieces that fit your longest free wall, so the search only shows what has a chance.
FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Are the furniture dimensions real?+
Yes. Catalog items are real products from brands like IKEA, CB2 and Herman Miller, placed at the dimensions the retailer lists, and the room is drawn to yours, so the fit on screen is the fit in the room.
Can I check a piece that is not in the catalog?+
Yes. With a free account, upload a photo of the piece and Cona turns it into a 3D model you can place in your room. Check its size against the seller's dimensions.
What about door swings and windows?+
Place the doors and windows in the 2D plan where they really are, and the 3D room shows them, so you can see whether a wardrobe blocks the door or a bed sits under the window.
Do I need an account to check the fit?+
No. Draw the room and place furniture without signing up. A free account is only needed to carry the room between devices.
Is it free?+
Yes. Drawing the room, placing furniture and viewing it in 3D are free, with no credits and no watermarks. Cona earns a commission if you buy through a retailer link, and that never changes your price.
