Free kitchen layout planner
Lay out your kitchenand see if the island fits.
Cona is a free 3D planner you can use to lay out a kitchen. Draw the room to its real dimensions, then place base, wall, corner and tall cabinets, an island, a sink, a stove, a fridge and a dishwasher from the Kitchen tab and see, true to scale, how much room is left to walk and to open the doors. It is a layout tool: the cabinets are built-in planning pieces, not products you order. No sign-up to start.

How it works
A kitchen layout, in three steps
Draw the room to size
Length, width, and where the doors and windows are. The window decides where the sink can go, and the doors decide where a tall cabinet cannot.
Open Room Tools, then Kitchen
Place base, corner, wall and tall cabinets, islands, a sink, a stove, a range hood, a fridge and a dishwasher, or drop in a complete kitchen run and adjust it. Each piece has real-world dimensions.
Walk it in 3D
Look from the doorway, check the gap between the island and the counter, and see whether the fridge door has room to open. Then add real stools, a dining table and lighting from the catalog.
What it is, and what it is not
A layout check, not a cabinet order
The Kitchen tab has more than a hundred pieces in eight groups: base, corner, wall and tall cabinets, islands, appliances, shelving and complete runs. They are generic, true-to-size planning pieces, which is what you need to decide between a galley, an L and an island before you talk to a kitchen supplier.
Cona does not sell cabinets, produce quotes or generate cut lists. What you can buy through Cona is the furniture around the kitchen: stools, dining tables, shelving, lighting, a microwave or a small fridge, each a real product linking to its retailer.
FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Is there a free kitchen layout planner?+
Yes. Cona is free: draw the room, place cabinets, an island and appliances from the Kitchen tab, and view the layout in 3D. There are no credits, no watermarks and no account needed to start.
Can I order the cabinets I place?+
No. The kitchen cabinets and appliances are built-in planning pieces with real-world dimensions, not products for sale. Use them to settle the layout and the clearances, then take the plan to your kitchen supplier.
What kitchen pieces are included?+
Base, corner, wall and tall cabinets, islands, shelving, sinks, stoves, range hoods, fridges, a dishwasher, and several complete kitchen runs you can drop in and adjust.
Can I plan a bathroom too?+
Yes. Room Tools also has a Bathroom tab with vanities, toilets, showers and bathtubs, placed the same way.
Do I need to sign up?+
No. Draw the room and lay out the kitchen straight away. A free account is only needed to carry the room between devices, to build a phone scan into a 3D room and keep it, or to use Imagine, the photoreal polish.
